This is a selection of the most important projects I am currently involved in. Next to my passion for making IT more secure through my job, I am also involved in upcoming tech startups and the scientific exploration of AI. Please take a look.
AI in Leadership
Next to my work in Information Security @ Volkswagen Financial Services, I decided to take matters into my own hands and go for a Master of Science in Business Information Systems to gain a deeper understanding of technology. I especially worked my way deeper in IT-security and AI and wrote my master thesis about the topic of Algorithmic Leadership. My thesis about the possible implications of AI for human leadership and the possibility of fully automating leadership was so well received that it was chosen to be published in the „Zeitschrift für Führung & Organisation“.
NFC Business Cards
„Modern problems, require modern solutions“. This quote from the famous internet meme underlines the idea behind the newest project that I am currently involved in. With friends from my high school days I am currently involved in the development of the tech startup Heiyu. Heiyu aims to digitize climate-damaging paper business cards by offering sustainable NFC Business Cards and digitized solutions for businesses and individuals. My work at Heiyu focuses on research and technology that makes the world a more secure and more sustainable place.
Information Security
As you should probably already have noted, I am passionate about all things tech. This is especially true for Information and IT-Security. Since I participated in an CTF (Capture the Flag) during my Bachelor studies, I have been on fire for hacking, security testing, cryptography and IT-Security. Wanting to make the world a more secure place, I am currently and still active as an occasional pentester at CTFs and Bugcrowd/Hackerone to gain more practical knowledge. You will also find me from time to time at Cryptohack to dive into cryptography. At the end of my bachelors degree I made the bold decision to make Information Security my job at Volkswagen Financial Services, in which I gained important certifications till now (ISO and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor). Fortunately I just achieved one of the highest certifications in the field of Information Security Audits and Reviews, the CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
